Prospect Estate Agency values its place and role in the community - in most cases we have been born, raised and educated locally and we understand the importance of actively supporting schools, charities and fundraising in the area.

Forging strong links within a community often begins with education: schools can thrive in a supportive community and we actively participate in giving practical support for our local schools at every opportunity.  By supporting the community and nurturing a positive relationship with our local schools we believe we can all look forward to a brighter future.

By actively being involved and supporting our schools, we regularly donate money to buy books, equipment and for organising educational trips. We have sponsored race nights, firework displays, charity wine tastings, as well as summer and Christmas fayres.

We have backed a campaign for safer roads providing much-needed banners at a busy crossroads, and regularly attend PTA meetings assisting in generating new ideas for events.  We put our resources to good use and provide sponsorship boards, the printing of brochures and programmes and canvassing them to raise exposure of events. We even marshalled at the Bracknell half marathon to raise further school funds.

Our support also extends to school-leavers too: we participate in careers evenings for older pupils, where we present an informative overview of our profession and industry to those thinking of a career in property.

Prospect revealed their pinker side when employees across the six branches were sponsored to wear as many pink items as possible in aid of Breast Cancer Research.

Co-ordinating the pink madness was Moira Harrison, HR Manager at Prospect. She explains: “The ‘think pink’ campaign struck a very personal chord with us, as one of our colleagues has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. This event was one way in which we could positively show her our support, while raising funds and awareness for the charity. Everyone entered into the spirit of things and the outfits were brilliant!"

With generous support from friends, relatives and clients, the Prospect team successfully raised £1,000. Top fundraisers Russell Pratt and Alex Eastman were rewarded for their efforts with a hamper of pink goodies, including pink champagne, courtesy of the company’s directors.  Meanwhile, the prize for best outfit was won by Lauren Dean – who sported a fetching pink baby-grow!

Always keen to play an active role in the community and charity fundraising, we have decided that "think pink day" will now become an annual company event. "We look forward to next year" adds Moira.

When we introduced our new Streets Ahead mini we thought it was a great opportunity to hold a colouring competition. We were inundated with over 250 entries from schools across the region and were delighted by the quality and thought that had gone into each and every design.

The winning entry was from Aron Clark in Crowthorne who won the grand prize of £1,000 for his school, Edgebarrow, to be spent on new books, IT equipment, sports gear or musical instruments - as well as a family ticket for a great day at Legoland.

When Marvellous Festivals came to Wellington country Park in Reading, we were proud to get involved and help sponsor the event. We ran a competition to win VIP tickets, and the lucky winners enjoyed champagne and hospitality courtesy of Prospect.  A great time was had by all.

With live entertainment provided by some of the best tribute bands in the world along with a host of fairground rides and attractions, the marvellous evening entertained kids big and small.

Keeping fit is a vital part of children's learning and what better was to stay fit and healthy than a good game of football. Prospect are very excited to be involved with a local football team, Whitegrove F.C., and are sponsoring this season's Soccer School for their under 6's squad.
